8300 Quick Dry Stamp Ink
8300 Quick Dry Ink (often Aero brand) is an industrial-grade, fast-drying solvent ink designed for non-porous surfaces like metal, plastic, and glossy paper.
It dries in 15–30 seconds, is water-resistant, and ideal for
high-volume, self-inking stamp applications. It requires a specialized,
often fast-drying pad and is available in black, blue, and red.
8300 ink is suitable for porous and non-porous surfaces.It
dries fairly quick on most materials, but can stay moist and fresh in
ink pad for weeks. Can be used in a self Inker with felt pad.

Note:
non-porous inks that dry fast on your parts tend also to dry fast in an
ink pad, so expect to re-ink more often when using them. Special pads
like the Mark II Pad are designed to help with this
issue.
