Heavy Duty Pernuma Electric Seal
The Pernuma electric embosser can make raised-imprint impressions of
text and graphics in material surfaces. Use it everyday to make textured
surfaces on business cards or invitations. Use the Power Seal to emboss
single sheets, two part carbonized forms, and multiple sheets or
certificates, diplomas, legal papers and business card stock. The easily
adjustable stamping mechanism adjusts in seconds to accommodate 1 - 10
sheets of paper. For high volume embossing or certifying the Power Seal
electric embosser will increase efficiency and save time. The stamping
mechanism can be set to stamp at the same depth consistently and
accurately. The seals can be designed from the most simple to the most
complex. Seals can be from 1-5/8 inch to 2.5 inches in diameter. Embossing up to 70 mm in diameter.
The Pernuma embossing machine for the office usage. applicable materials: paper, cardboard, drivers licenses, passports, diplomas, certificates and official documents. The
positioning of documents can be individually adjusted by a rear
gauge. The maximum insertion depth from the edge of documents is
approx.70 mm. The embossing is effected by means of a push bottom. As an
option, a foot-switch can be supplied. By means of pulling up the
embossing head, the stamp set can be easily and quickly exchanged. The
embossing pressure can be precisely adjusted to the corresponding
thickness of the material to be embossed. The quality of an embossing
depends on the quality of an embossing stamp. For this reason all
PERNUMA embossing stamps are made out of brass or steel and are manually
engraved. The plastic lower stamp is precisely fitted to the upper
stamp by a special process. Upon request all embossing machines can be
delivered with a stamp set (upper- and lower stamp). Safety Locking
order to prevent the abuse of the embossing machine, model EMBOSSET is
equipped with a safety-lock.
The Pernuma is a very robust, electrical embossing machine for
office use.Stamp diameter can be up to 75 mm.The embossing is released
by pressing a push button on the side of the machine. For securing
official documents or photographs in passports, also for embossing
certificates, sheets of writing paper, business cards, etc. without
applying any physical force. Our electric embossing machines were
designed for satisfying high demands. Even in more solid materials like
cardboard or pasteboard and with bigger embossing stamps you will easily
obtain needle-sharp impressions.The insertion depth is approx. 105 mm
from the paper edge to the center of the impression. In order to enable
exact positioning of every imprint its corresponding forms, the
machines are by production line supplied with adjustable stops for side
and depth. The upper stamp is engraved in brass or steel. The lower
stamp is made of plastic.
