Product Description:
ImageStar
Stencil Remover products are used to reclaim all stencil types.
Available as a ready for use product; and as economical concentrates
which allow the user to adjust the strength of the product.
At a 1
to 50 mixture this stencil remover concentrate is economical and
powerful. Since 1 gallon makes 50 gallons of product, it is a good way
to achieve both economy and performance when reclaiming emulsion and
capillary films.
Processing Recommendations:
• Use one of the ImageStar screen wash products to remove ink.
• Apply stencil remover to both sides of the screen. Brush product
evenly on to stencil and allow dwell time of 1 to 2 minutes. Remove with
a high pressure spray.

• IMS602 Stencil Remover Concentrate
A
liquid concentrate that can be diluted 1 gallon of concentrate with 50
gallons of water to make a ready for use product. Less water will make a
stronger product.
• IMS603 Stencil Remover Powder
This powder concentrate can be mixed 1% in water to make a ready for use product. The maximum powder concentration is 14% by weight.
• IMS630 1-20 Stencil Remover Concentrate
A
liquid concentrate that can be diluted 1 gallon of concentrate with 20
gallons of water to make a ready for use product. Less Water will make a
stronger product.

A liquid concentrate that can be diluted 1 gallon of concentrate with 50
gallons of water to make a ready for use product. Less water will make a
stronger product.
• IMS603 STENCIL REMOVER POWDER
This powder concentrate can be mixed 1% in water to make a ready for use
product. The maximum powder concentration is 14% by weight. 1.5 ounces
per gallon is the recommended starting mixing ratio.
• IMS630 1:20 STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE
A liquid concentrate that can be diluted 1 gallon of concentrate with 20
gallons of water to make a ready for use product. Less water will make a
stronger product.
